SCOPE & DELIVERABLES

Who this is for

Overseas businesses without a dedicated Chinese content team, or brands that need a more consistent way to manage their existing account.

Agreed deliverables

  • Account review, audience priorities and content pillars.
  • Monthly topic plan, keyword groups and publishing calendar.
  • Agreed quantities of copy, cover designs and finished content.
  • Approval records, publishing log and profile update list.
  • Chinese FAQ suggestions and an enquiry follow-up template.
  • Review report and a practical list of next actions.

What to confirm before starting

Agree post quantities, image and video formats, revision rounds, publishing permissions, response hours and reporting frequency. Local shoots, creator fees, media spend and ad management are quoted separately where needed.

What does a month of work include?

The plan defines content pillars, topics and quantities, then moves through creation, your approval, publishing or handover and review. Deliverables and responsibilities are written into the scope so your local team knows what is due.

How do we work across time zones?

Tell us your time zone and preferred working language. Before starting, agree the contact channel, approval owner, overlapping hours and an escalation route for urgent changes. English website information does not imply round-the-clock or multilingual live customer support.

Who supplies footage and answers customers?

Your local team can provide approved product, location and service footage using a shot list. We prepare the agreed Chinese content. Local filming, inbox handling, appointment confirmations and sales follow-up are included only when explicitly agreed.

How do we judge progress?

Review completed content, available platform signals, relevant enquiries and booking or sales feedback you can provide. Agree the definition of a relevant enquiry and the reporting window before comparing results.

COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY

A clear process, wherever your business operates.

Agree what is included, how we communicate and what your local team needs to provide.

01

Understand your local business

Share your city, registered entity, services, audience and existing account. We use these details to define a suitable starting point.

02

Agree scope and coordination

Confirm deliverables, quantities, formats, revision rounds, costs, approval owners, preferred language and overlapping working hours.

03

Create, approve and deliver

Provide accurate information and authorised material. Content is prepared for your review, then published or handed over under the agreed permissions.

04

Review and improve

Review completed work, available performance information and customer feedback. Agree the next priorities and keep business details up to date.

Tell us your preferred working language and time zone. Contact channels, overlapping hours and response arrangements are agreed before work starts. Email, WeChat, calls or other available channels can be discussed; live customer service and round-the-clock support require a separate scope.

BEFORE WE START

Questions worth answering.

Which markets do you work with?

We work with overseas businesses worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, Asia, the Middle East and further markets. We confirm the actual registration region, operating city, industry and account before agreeing eligible services and tools.

How can Blue V support lead capture within platform rules?

Start with a genuine business identity, then check the official messaging, booking and lead tools available to the account. Receive customer-initiated enquiries and voluntarily shared information through permitted routes, and agree the follow-up responsibilities. Verification does not automatically enable every tool or allow contact details in any location.

Can an overseas business apply for Blue V?

Start with the registration region, actual industry and existing account. The platform determines the applicable route and review outcome; requirements are not identical for every overseas entity.

Does Blue V automatically bring leads or ad access?

No fixed reach, ranking or customer volume is implied. Account identity, relevant content, local demand and customer handling all matter. Advertising access and other tools require separate eligibility checks.

What is included in account management?

The proposal defines the content plan, quantities, formats, approvals, publishing or handover, and review frequency. Filming, creators, media spend, ad management and live inbox handling are separately agreed.

How do we communicate from another time zone?

Tell us your preferred working language, time zone and contact method. Confirm overlapping hours, approval responsibilities and the response arrangement before the project starts.

Who provides footage and answers customer questions?

Your local team supplies accurate business information and authorised material, approves content and provides the agreed customer reception and outcome feedback. Any additional filming or customer-service role is explicitly scoped.

How are fees and timing confirmed?

Discuss the actual entity, industry, material readiness and service scope. Platform charges, service fees and optional costs are separately explained. Platform review timing is outside the service provider’s control.
