Save the complete review message, submission date and application reference. Missing information, an unclear document and an ineligible category can require different actions. If the request is ambiguous, ask the official support channel what is missing before resubmitting.
Turn feedback into an action log
For each issue, record the exact message, affected field, current document, proposed correction and responsible person. A company-name mismatch calls for checking the registered wording; an unreadable image calls for a better original, rather than another compressed copy.
Check identity and brand consistency
Make sure a store name has not replaced the registered company name and that documents from different entities have not been combined. Where the account uses a brand name, review the relationship to the applicant. Select a category that represents the actual business; renaming a restricted activity does not resolve eligibility.
Review document quality and versions
Check completeness, validity and the current requirements for signatures, translations and authorisation. Keep both the earlier and corrected versions with a brief change record. A newly uploaded document should not create a new mismatch elsewhere.
Resubmit with a clear record
Map each correction to the feedback and have the responsible person review the complete set. If eligibility cannot be established, ask official support about available options instead of repeatedly resubmitting. For agency assistance, start with a redacted review screenshot, account URL, business summary and document list; exchange full records through an agreed secure channel.
